GT BANK OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AT BAYO KUKU ROAD, IKOYI, LAGOS.( DECEMBER 2010 -MARCH 2011) :
Overseas proccurement and successful hoisting to roof top of 2 York Roof top unit for the safe deposit room of the new bank branch ant Bayo Kuku road in Ikoyi. We are also rendering technical support to the bank on the installation of the units by the air-conditioning subcontractors on the project.
MR & MRS A ABUDU’S RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPEMENT AT VGC, IBEJU LEKKI, LAGOS. ( APRIL 2011 – DATE) :
Overseas proccurement and Installation of York ducted central and unitary air-conditioning systems serving the ultra mordern 2 storey residential property with BQ at Victoria Garden City in Ibeju Lekki. Installation works is ongoing and about 60% completed.
LEADWAY ASSUARANCE COMPANY OFFICE & HOTEL DEVELOPMENT AT THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, ABUJA. (APRIL 2011 – DATE) :
Installation of Daikin VRV systems for the Hotel & pent sections, Inverter type ducted roof top units for the Restaurant & kitchen, Inverter type C asset units for the conference rooms & lift lobbies, inverter type free standing packaged units for the reception & entrance foyer and inverter type unitary split units for the LAC office areas of the elegant 6 store building at the CBD Abuja.
Installation works is ongoing and about 55% completed.
